Pricing
You buy hours of meetings a month and the number of people who share them. Pick the plan that matches how much you actually record, and change it whenever that changes.

Something bigger?
A dedicated deployment, limits set to whatever you actually record, X-Scribe under your own branding, and a yearly invoice instead of a card. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
Before you buy
Questions people actually ask
What uses up my hours?
Recorded meeting time, nothing else. A 40 minute call uses 40 minutes of the month, whether you keep the transcript or not. Reading, exporting and re-reading old meetings are free.
What happens when I run out?
New recordings stop until the next month starts, or until you (or your workspace admin) move to a bigger plan. Your meetings and notes stay as they are.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, pick another plan on this page. The new plan applies as soon as the payment goes through. In a company workspace, its admin does this.
Why are there two prices?
Customers in India pay in rupees through Razorpay, everyone else pays in dollars through Stripe. Both are real prices set separately, not a conversion of each other.
Who is billed, me or my workspace?
The workspace, when you are in one: its plan covers everyone in it and only its admin can buy or change it. If you are not in a workspace, you pay for yourself.
Can I cancel?
Any time. The plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops renewing.
When do the free plan hours reset?
On the 1st of every month. Recorded time is counted from the start of the month.
Is there a notetaker bot that joins the call?
Not right now. X-Scribe records from your own browser, so no extra participant joins the meeting.
Can we get a company workspace?
Yes. Request one from inside the app: once it is approved your account becomes a company workspace with you as its admin, and you can invite your team.
Is our audio used to train AI models?
No. X-Scribe does not use your meetings, audio or transcripts to train AI models, and does not sell your data.
